    Description

    PA0P2G22G is a broadband, GaAs MIMC power amplifier with 12dB typical gain from 0.2 to 22 GHz in a small 15/16”x1-1/8”x0.59” shielded RF enclosure (PN: 6UED2W6S1A2) with integrated heatsink. This self-biased power amplifier provides 12 dB of gain, +40 dBm output IP3 and +28 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring only 350mA from +10V supply. SKU#: AK28_002C.
